A friend of mine and a former colleague during my work-days in the war-torn country of Iraq gave me tips where to apply for Guam and a checklist on how to apply. I browsed the internet to double check and the info is actually posted as an article in a blogspot site. So, I followed the procedure and forwarded my resume and credentials to EDI Staff Builders (the company responsible for that info of hiring) with all the hopes and expectations to be short-listed for the interview. Last March 11, I received an email reply from EDI, and it says:

List of Vacancies for males and females will also be posted in POEA website starting January 2012 after receiving official JOB ORDERS from GUAM employers.
